Decoda

Decoda Literacy Solutions provides resources, training and funds to support community-based literacy programs and initiatives in over 400 communities across British Columbia. Decoda’s work supports children and families, adult learners, and Aboriginal and immigrant communities in an effort to build strong individuals, strong families and strong communities. www.decoda.ca

Literacy

Literacy Newfoundland and Labrador worked to identify and implement programming initiatives for low-skilled adults and families. Through  programs and partnerships, Literacy NL provided learning opportunities for individuals who need support with their literacy and essential skills.

SLN

The Saskatchewan Literacy Network (SLN) engages individuals, policy makers, and organizations through communication, literacy and essential skills development, and learning involvement in order to fulfill its mission of supporting literacy & learning for life. By addressing literacy needs at home, at work and in the community, the SLN helps respond to emerging skill shortages. Supporting skill development allows those with low literacy skills to prepare for a constantly changing world and workplace, while encouraging interaction with society and our communities. www.saskliteracy.ca

RESDAC

RESDAC is a national network dedicated to the implementation of strategic interventions aimed at developing services and programs in skills and literacy development to respond to the needs of francophone adults with limited literacy skills. These interventions respond to the particular and multiple needs of these adults by conducting focused research, implementing demonstration projects to inform policy and programming and in establishing innovative partnership with key stakeholders. www.resdac.net
